Neymar 'says yes' to Barcelona transfer after snubbing PSG contract extension
Neymar could finally be on his way back to Barcelona.
Barcelona: Neymar 'will return' says Shaka Hislop
Neymar has told Barcelona that he wants to return to the club, less than a year after failing to secure a move away from Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports in Spain. Neymar has also rejected PSG's offer of a new contract to keep him at the Parc des Princes.
Barcelona are believed to be exploring the possibility of signing Neymar once again.
Having failed to secure his signature last summer following a long transfer saga, they are expected to reignite their interest again this summer.
The main reason is reportedly the fact that Lionel Messi wants to play alongside the Brazilian, and his contractual situation at the Nou Camp means he has leverage over the club.
Barca tried and failed to bring Neymar back to Catalonia last summer, failing with a series of player-plus-cash offers, before he eventually found himself resigned to staying in Ligue 1.
After returning to the starting line-up he was booed relentlessly by PSG ultras, before winning over the fans with a stunning overhead kick in PSG's win over Strasbourg in his first game back
It was then believed that he had changed his mind on leaving the French capital and would instead be open to staying.
Now, however, it appears that isn't the case.
Spanish publication Sport reports that Neymar has turned down PSG's offer of a new contract - which he has stalled on since October.

The megastar has also communicated to Barcelona - via his entourage - that he once again wants to return to La Liga.
He will apparently do whatever he can to ensure he leaves PSG this summer for Barcelona, leaving the Catalan side with the difficult task of finding the money.
Last summer, the main stumbling block on a deal was the fact that Barca had already forked out £108million for Antoine Griezmann, and were short of cash to make a move.
Instead, they offered a series of installment packages, as well as winger Ousmane Dembele.
But the difference this summer is that they know in advance that Neymar wants to return, meaning they can put his transfer at the top of their list of priorities for the summer window.
Mundo Deportivo claims Quique Setien's side will offer up Philippe Coutinho and Dembele in an attempt to turn the tide in their favour and secure a deal.
If PSG don't go for that, it is expected that Barca will shop around the pair in an attempt to recoup the cash to go after Neymar.
Chelsea are a potential destination for Coutinho, who is currently on loan at Bayern Munich.
