FA Cup ball numbers have been confirmed for the fifth round of the competition.
Man Utd's FA Cup fourth round clash with Tranmere previewed
The FA Cup fifth round draw will take place on Monday 27 January as eight fifth-round ties are selected from the hat. Thirty-two teams remained in the competition heading into the weekend, whittled down from 736 in August.
Three Friday night fixtures kicked off the action with Sheffield Wednesday progressing past Queens Park Rangers while Northampton and Derby played out a bore draw.
Leicester were the first Premier League team to make it into the last 16 after holding off Brentford in Saturday’s early kick-off but were only joined by three top-flight peers as the evening played out.
