‘He stuck out his tongue’ - Jurgen Klopp slammed over Liverpool touchline antics by rival

Liverpool: Jurgen Klopp clashes with Monterrey manager
Jurgen Klopp has been accused of being disrespectful by Monterrey boss Antonio Mohamed after the Liverpool boss “stuck out his tongue” at his opposite number during the Club World Cup. Liverpool beat the Mexican outfit to win the Club World Cup last month in what proved to be a fiery affair on and off the field.
Tackles were flying in throughout the game with both managers being animated on the touchline.
Neither boss seemed to be pleased with some decisions from Roberto Tobar but there was one moment which led to the duo clashing on the sidelines.
At one point during the match, Mohamed felt aggrieved that Joe Gomez wasn’t shown a second yellow card and began waving an imaginary card while rushing out of his technical area.
Klopp was furious with the Monterrey boss and began remonstrating with his opposite number, mockingly copying the card gesture.

Liverpool ultimately walked away victorious after Roberto Firmino popped up with a dramatic stoppage time winner but there was bad blood from Mohamed after the game.
And the Monterrey coach clearly hasn’t let the incident go a month on, slamming Klopp for supposedly laughing in his face.
“Klopp disrespected me, I felt he tried to trash me," Mohamed told Enganche.
“He kept asking for a yellow card saying that we were fouling Salah, but when I did the same towards one of their players, he stuck out his tongue and made fun of me.

“When I saw him, I laughed at first and then I got a little angry and rose to his bait, then my background came out and I lost all elegance and composure.
“If I have to tell you what I said, I cannot remember, but [if I speak] in English, I am not myself.
“I don't know if I reacted well or badly but it came from inside."
Liverpool went on to play Flamengo in the final with the Brazilian side frustrating Klopp’s side.
The game ended goalless after 90 minutes but Firmino once again popped up with the all-important winner in extra time as Liverpool went on to lift the trophy for the first time in their history.
Liverpool return to action in the Premier League on Saturday with a challenging trip to Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham and Klopp could have Fabinho back fit.
The Brazilian has missed the last 12 games after suffering ligament damage against Napoli in November, but he has returned to full training this week.
