Real Madrid have informed Paul Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola that they are not thinking about signing the Frenchman in the January transfer window. Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane was eager to sign Pogba in the summer but the club was scared off by United’s high valuation of the player.
The player’s absence has quietened talk on the transfer front in recent weeks but Marca have now dropped an update shortly before the January transfer window opens.
The Spanish publication claim that Pogba still wants out of Old Trafford and that his representative Raiola has been on the phone to Real officials.
The super-agent received a negative response, though, with the 13-time European champions informing him that they will not try to buy Pogba in the winter window.
