Why Man Utd boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ‘is right to have a go at his players’
Manchester United have started the season poorly and Clinton Morrison claims manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is right to expect more from his players.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is “is right to have a go” at his Manchester United players following their disappointing start to the season, according to Clinton Morrison.
United have picked up just one win from their opening four Premier League games.
That came on the opening day against Chelsea, which has been followed by draws with Wolves and Southampton, sandwiching a shock 2-1 home loss to Crystal Palace.
The Red Devils failed to capitalise on Saints being down to 10 men in their last outing and Solskjaer was reportedly angry with his players in the dressing room afterwards.

Morrison admits there may not have been as many signings as Solskjaer would have wanted in the summer transfer window.
But he says the Norwegian has a right to feel his team have underperformed in the early stages of the season.
“I’ve been to a lot of their games this season and I went to the Southampton game,” Morrison said on The Debate.
“They were majorly disappointing at Southampton.
“They started off ever so well in the first half, it was like the Wolves game where they played well in the first half and then second half they were so disappointing.
“No disrespect to Southampton, they were 1-0 up, it’s Man United, you expect them to see out the game and win it.
“In the end Southampton probably could have gone on and won it but they went down to 10 men.

“They should be doing better with the squad of players [that they’ve got].
“I know they’re missing players and they didn’t sign a lot of players in the summer, but they still signed enough players for that squad to be doing better than they are at the moment.”
