Earlier this month former Portsmouth goalkeeper Shaka Hislop revealed that he believed that Eriksen’s move to the Bernabau was certain, and has been shocked that a deal has stalled.
“I’ll be honest, at the start of the summer, once the Real Madrid interest was announced, I thought it was a done deal and it was just a matter of when, not if,” Hislop told ESPN FC.
“But there’s been a lot of back and forth about this.
