Reports this week claimed Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has told Manchester United to sign Dybala this summer.
Juventus are demanding over £70m for the Argentina international, 25.
And according to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Dybala is open to joining United or PSG this summer if he leaves Juventus.
It’s claimed Juve are keen to offload the forward to free up funds to land Paul Pogba.

The Italian giants want to re-sign Pogba this summer after the United star revealed he’s ready for a new challenge away from Old Trafford.
United have signed Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Daniel James this summer.
Solskjaer and United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward are hoping to lower the average age of their squad.
The Red Devils boss has been vocal on the club’s transfer plans, with Solskjaer revealing he’s hopeful of getting more signings.
“It will take time for any player to adjust to Man United. Apart from me! It took me six minutes in the first game,” he said.
“I’m very happy with Wan-Bissaka and James but we’ve got be patient. It’s a long haul and it’s very important that we get the right ones in.
“We can’t just jump on a different path when you hit a hurdle. I’ve not had a frustrating feeling at all.”
Solskjaer also praised his current United squad when asked if he’d be happy without any more summer signings.

He added: “I believe in these players.
“I’m sure that we could do well. But it’s both short term and long term, so when we’re working on something, that means we’ve identified something that could improve us.
“If it’s to be or not to be, we will see.”
