The north London club has been linked with St Etienne defender William Saliba, Gremio star Everton Soares, Real Madrid ace Dani Ceballos and Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney but Emery remains patient because he wants “the best solution”.
The Spaniard would consider up to four new signings if he is certain that they would help the team improve.

Emery said: "Really I am with patience because we want to choose the best solution.
"Some players are very expensive and we are waiting for this possibility.
"We don't want now to go to the second line of players.
“We are waiting.
“We have very good players.
“We have very good young players.
“We are aware also that we need to improve some players in this squad.
"I want to sign one, two, three or four players only if we can be sure they are coming to improve our team."
Arsenal’s next friendly match will take place on Wednesday against Real Madrid at the FedExField in Maryland.
