Text message reveals Danny Rose’s dad wants son to re-sign for Leeds United from Tottenham
DANNY ROSE has been backed to complete an emotional return to Leeds United - by his dad.

Rose’s future at Tottenham is in huge doubt after he was left out of the touring party for the pre-season trip to Asia.
The England left-back has two years left on his Spurs contract but it appears his time in north London could be about to come to an end.
French giants Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly keen on signing the 29-year-old.
Rose has been at Tottenham since joining from boyhood club Leeds in 2007.
He got in touch with me today and said: ‘Jim I’d love for him to go back to Leeds United'
He never made a first-team appearance for Leeds but Rose's father would love for that fact to change.
Sky Sports News presenter Jim White has revealed a text message conversation he had with Nigel Rose on Thursday.
He claims Rose senior would love to see his son move back to Elland Road in this transfer window.
“What I can tell you, and it’s quite amusing, I know Nigel Rose, Danny’s dad quite well,” White said.
“Tongue-in-cheek he got in touch with me today and said: ‘Jim I’d love for him to go back to Leeds United, the home of the beautiful game’.
“I’m not too sure that’s going to happen Nigel but you tickled me with that this morning.”
Meanwhile, Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol is surprised Spurs have publicly said Rose can leave the club.
“One other interesting thing about this, one thing that is striking, is Spurs have made this public,” Solhekol said.
“We’re not used to seeing clubs do this, especially Spurs who are a very, very private club and keep their dealings to themselves.
“But they have released this statement that Danny Rose, Georges Nkoudou and Vincent Janssen won’t be travelling because they want to give them extra time to sort out their futures.
“Obviously that sends out a message that they don’t really have a future at the club.”
