Mino Raiola confirms Paul Pogba exit underway
Paul Pogba is “in the process” of leaving Man Utd, his agent Mino Raiola claims.
Raiola told The Times: "Everyone knows the willingness of Paul to move on. We are in the process of that.
“Everyone knows what the feelings of Paul are.
"Everyone within the club, from the manager to the owner, knows Paul's wishes."
Solskjaer hails signings
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hailed Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka will fit right in at Man Utd.
"They've been great when I've spoken to them," Solskjaer said.
"It's about them coming in, being themselves and showing that they're here to take the places of the other players, which makes a competition for places, which will then spur their teammates, to be fair, to push their game.
"Obviously, Aaron has not joined us yet but Daniel has already set the marker and the standard on work-rate and attitude in training. Whoever you're going to speak to later on, if you ask about him then it's been a delight to see."
Mauro Icardi interested
Mauro Icardi is open to joining Manchester United because of Carlos Tevez.
Icardi is facing an uncertain future at Inter Milan following the club’s decision to replace Luciano Spalletti with Antonio Conte.
That has led to talk that Icardi may move to Manchester United this summer, with the Red Devils likely to have to replace Lukaku.
And 90Min.com claim that the striker is open to moving to United, having seen compatriot Tevez flourish in England.
Nemanja Matic talks
Manchester United are set to receive an offer of £10million plus Radja Nainggolan from Inter Milan for Nemanja Matic, reports say.
Matic struggled last season as Manchester United finished sixth in the Premier League, costing them a place in next season’s Champions League in the process.
And ESPN claim that he is set to hold showdown talks with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer amid interest from Italy.
Inter are trying to land United star Romelu Lukaku, with Antonio Conte eager to make him his replacement for Mauro Icardi.
But now they want Matic too.
And the report claims that United will be offered money and Nainggolan in order to let their midfield lynchpin depart.
Done Deal - Pereira signs
Andreas Pereira has signed a new contract with Manchester United.
The Brazilian midfielder, 23, will remain at Old Trafford until June 2023, with the option to extend for a further year.
Andreas Pereira said: “I have spent so long in Manchester that I now regard the city and the club as my home and I’m extremely happy to continue my career here. The manager has shown great faith in me and I can’t wait to get this campaign started under him.”
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer added: “Andreas has become an important member of the squad with his energy and hard work in midfield. He works non-stop every day in training, has a great character and knows what he has to do to continue his development here. We all look forward to working with him in the season ahead.”

Clear path to Harry Maguire
Manchester United have a clear path to sign Harry Maguire.
And that’s because Manchester City are no longer interested in pursuing the England centre-back.
Pep Guardiola’s side aren’t prepared to match Leicester’s £90million valuation.
Maguire is interested in a move to Old Trafford, but reports claim he won’t agitate for a move to Old Trafford this summer.
Jose Mourinho return
Jose Mourinho has opened up on his future.
The Portuguese tactician has been out of work since leaving Manchester United in December 2018 - but he’s revealed a return to Serie A is a real possibility.
“In the future? Always soccer, and always a high level. Italy? Could be a possibility,” Mourinho told Sky Sport Italia.
Sean Longstaff latest
Ed Woodward is working on a third signing for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this summer, reports say.
United need at least one midfielder this summer to compensate for the loss of Ander Herrera to PSG.
And Longstaff is seen as the ideal player to replace Herrera, who snubbed United’s offer of a contract in order to leave.
And United could also do with signing another midfielder to replace Marouane Fellaini.
Spurs raid?!
Arsenal are plotting a shock move for Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld.
The Belgian is available for just £25m this summer as the release clause in his contract has changed.
Football operations and communications consultant Ian McGarry said: “The problem [Arsenal] are going to have with this is they are offering not to pay up front, but over the course of one year, the €28m [£25m] clause.”
He told the Reach plc Transfer Window podcast: “Alderweireld is very tempted to look at a career where he doesn't need to uproot his family, his life, because obviously these training grounds are quite close to each other.
“Therefore moving to the Emirates would in one way be quite an ‘easy’ thing to do.
“It would not be easy in what Spurs fans would think about that, but I think it’s something that makes sense for Arsenal given their transfer budget is less than €50m [£45m] all-in.”
Ander Herrera departure
Manchester United allowed midfielder Ander Herrera to leave because of his exorbitant wage demands.
That’s according to Goal, who claim the Spanish star demanded a new contract worth £18million annually to remain at Old Trafford.
Herrera, 29, officially joined French champions PSG on a free transfer yesterday - signing a long-term deal with a £350,000 per-week salary.
"Paris St Germain are the greatest club in France. They keep on improving and compete to win every possible title. I was looking forward to coming to Paris and wearing the colours,” Herrera said after putting pen to paper at the Parc des Princes.
Bruno Fernandes deadline
Sporting Lisbon will decide on the future of Bruno Fernandes in the next couple of days.
Manchester United are leading the battle to sign the Portuguese midfielder, who is claimed to have agreed personal terms with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side.
But there’s a deadline.
Portuguese newspaper Correio de Manha claim Sporting will decide before Sunday July 7 what to do with Fernandes.
It’s said Sporting president Frederico Varandas wants the player's future resolved before the club travel to Switzerland over the weekend for pre-season preparations.

Samuel Umtiti valuation
Barcelona have set a transfer fee of £54m for Manchester United target Samuel Umtiti.
Manchester United are in desperate need of defensive reinforcements this summer and are looking at multiple centre-back options.
Le10Sport are reporting that Barca are looking for €60m (£54m) for Umtiti and are open to discussing the Frenchman’s prospective move away from the Nou Camp.
The report also states, though, that no clubs have come in for Umtiti yet.
Real’s Paul Pogba demand
Paul Pogba needs to make his stance on a Real Madrid move official before the Spanish club will pursue a deal.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has grown frustrated with Pogba’s attitude in recent weeks, with his position at Old Trafford seemingly untenable.
Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo report that Zidane and his bosses are waiting on Pogba to make an official declaration of his desire to leave Manchester before moving forward with the proposed deal.
The World Cup winner is not overly keen on the idea of starting pre-season preparations as a Manchester United player ahead of his possible move, with the opinion of his team-mates unclear after he revealed his desire to leave.
