The THREE players Liverpool need to buy and the THREE they need to sell in summer
LIVERPOOL could have a busy summer in the transfer market and Express Sport looks at some choices Jurgen Klopp should make to improve his squad again.
Juventus: Paulo Dybala scores incredible goal against Frosinone
Three players Liverpool should sign
Paulo Dybala
One area Liverpool can improve is having a natural centre forward.
Roberto Firmino is accomplished but has struggled at times this season and Juventus ace Paulo Dybala would be the perfect fit for Jurgen Klopp’s fast-paced play.
Liverpool could face competition from arch-rivals Manchester United for his signature though.
Dybala has netted just nine goals this season, a result of Cristiano Ronaldo arriving in Turin.
Ben Chilwell
Liverpool could do with another left-back with Alberto Moreno out of contract this summer and James Milner a crucial cog in Klopp’s midfield.
Leicester youngster Ben Chilwell fits the bill and would provide tougher competition for Andy Robertson.
With Liverpool looking to fight on all fronts rotation could also be important and Chilwell would get plenty of playing time.
Matthijs de Ligt
Matthijs de Ligt would be the perfect signing for Liverpool and would compliment Vigil van Dijk in the heart of defence.
Joe Gomez has struggled with injuries this season and De Ligt would be the perfect alternative.
Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren have both made errors at the Merseyside club and someone with the potential of the Dutchman would bolster the backline even further for the Reds.

Liverpool: Jurgen Klopp reflects on 2-1 win over Fulham
Four players Liverpool should sell
Simon Mignolet
The Belgian is simply not good enough and should be sold this summer.
Loris Karius should also be shown the door permanently which could leave the Reds looking for backup for the ever impressive Alisson.
Mignolet has been at Liverpool since 2013 but has now fallen down the pecking order.
Nathaniel Clyne
Currently on loan at Bournemouth the right-back could make his move permanent in the summer.
Liverpool have Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez and James Milner who can all play in the position with Clyne determined to secure first-team football.
This one makes sense for all parties involved and you can expect Clyne to exit even if it isn’t for Bournemouth.
Daniel Sturridge (Out of contract)
Definitely not one of Klopp’s favourites and has struggled with injuries for years now.
There is no new contract from Liverpool coming so he will exit Anfield.
