Gary Lineker praises Man Utd board who deserve credit for THIS 'extraordinary' decision
THE Manchester United board deserve credit for appointing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as the club’s interim manager, claims Gary Lineker.

Solskjaer replaced the sacked Jose Mourinho at Manchester United in December.
The Norwegian is yet to lose a domestic game in charge of the Red Devils.
Former striker Solskjaer has led United to fourth place in the Premier League and the quarter-final of the FA Cup, where they face Wolves.
Plenty of praise has gone the 46-year-old’s way but former England forward Lineker believes it is not just him who deserves credit.
They’ve had a few not so successful picks. So perhaps they deserve a bit of credit
“It’s been extraordinary,” Lineker said on BT Sport.
“I suppose the board as well, it was quite a good pick.
“They’ve had a few not so successful picks.
"So perhaps they deserve a bit of credit.
“You often see a bounce as a manager but this is a bit more than a bounce isn’t it.”
Former United midfielder Owen Hargreaves believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has brought belief back to the club.
“Brilliant pick,” Hargreaves said of Solskjaer’s appointment.
“I think all of us that know Ole, we all love him as a person as well because he’s such a great guy.
“I think the positivity that he has around this group of players, even the message he’s sending before this game [against PSG], 2-0 down saying ‘we can go there and win’.
“He’s given a bit of belief, everybody believes, even though they look up against it.
“I think he deserves a tonne of credit for just creating that belief and getting Manchester United back to what they’re used to.”
