Chelsea team news vs Fulham: Predicted line up - Sarri hints at FOUR changes, Kepa update
CHELSEA boss Maurizio Sarri has hinted he may rotate his team against Fulham.
The Blues travel to Craven Cottage on Sunday afternoon in the Premier League.
Chelsea come into the clash on the back of their impressive 2-0 win against Tottenham on Wednesday night.
Sarri started Willy Caballero against Spurs, with the Chelsea boss dropping the world’s most expensive goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Kepa refused to be substituted against Manchester City in their Carabao Cup final defeat, leaving Sarri furious.
We need to change three or four players
The Blues stopper was fined a week’s wages for his actions, despite some claiming Kepa should have been sacked.
And Sarri has hinted he’s ready to make numerous changes to his Chelsea line-up against Fulham on Sunday.
When asked if he has any injuries to worry about, the Italian said: “No, I don’t think so.
“I need to value the recovery of every player and then decide. We need to change three or four players.”
Chelsea: Kepa will play in one of the two next matches says Sarri
On whether Kepa will start against Fulham, Sarri replied: “As I said in the press conference after the match, the Kepa situation is closed.
“Kepa is our first goalkeeper, but we are very happy for Willy that he can play in a very difficult match.
“Kepa will be on the pitch for one of the next two matches.
“I have not decided yet, I want to see the last two trainings of course, for every player.
“On Sunday we played 120 minutes and 95 on Wednesday.
“We ran for 15km on Sunday on average and Wednesday was 12km, so we have to consider it.”
