Man Utd boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer facing big Arsenal FA Cup problem because of six players
MANCHESTER UNITED boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is facing a big problem ahead of their FA Cup showdown with Arsenal. Express Sport looks at the three decisions he has to make with six players featuring.
The Red Devils manager has overseen his side’s resurgence in recent times, guiding them to victories over Cardiff, Huddersfield, Bournemouth, Newcastle, Reading, Tottenham and Brighton since taking over at Old Trafford in December.
Arsenal will represent the toughest test yet of Solskajer’s Manchester United reign, however.
And Express Sport looks at the six players giving the 45-year-old a problem ahead of tonight’s mouthwatering showdown.
Manchester United are expected to go strong for today’s FA Cup showdown, meaning Victor Lindelof is almost guaranteed to start.
But the matter of who partners him has given Solskjaer a problem.
So far, the United boss has often chosen to deploy Phil Jones alongside Lindelof at the back.
But Bailly is knocking on the door to start and, given Arsenal’s interest in the Ivory Coast international, may be tempted to throw him in.
Bailly was dismissed in the 4-1 win over Bournemouth last month but may be given a chance in the FA Cup showdown to prove his worth.

Man Utd problem No 2: Alexis Sanchez or Anthony Martial?
It would be an understatement to say that Alexis Sanchez has flopped since his move to Manchester United.
Given he is on wages close to £500,000-a-week, the Red Devils will have expected more than the four goals he has managed since signing from Arsenal a year ago.
Under Solskjaer, however, there is hope that Sanchez can recapture his form.
Where his best position is, though, remains a mystery.
Sanchez could start over Anthony Martial tonight, having impressed Solskjaer in training. But, given the Frenchman’s fine form, that gives his manager a problem.
