Ole Gunnar Solskjaer: Man Utd hero Ferdinand reveals problem - David De Gea will disagree
OLE GUNNAR SOLSKJAER has a horrendous taste in music, according to Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer takes his Manchester United side to Tottenham this afternoon aiming to continue his stunning start to life in the dugout.
The Red Devils boss has done nothing wrong since replacing Jose Mourinho last month, steering his side to five wins on the bounce.
Ferdinand has been impressed by Solskjaer so far - but the Manchester United legend has called out his old team-mate for his musical tastes.
“Ole couldn’t have done any more than he’s done so far,” he told The Sun.
“I just hope he hasn’t inflicted his horrendous taste in music on the players!
“When we played together he was really into heavy metal and would put on the most appalling stuff.
“Don’t ask me to name it, I couldn’t.
“All I do know is you wanted to stick your fingers very firmly in your ears.”
However, David De Gea will disagree.
The Spain international is a huge fan of rock and has never hid his love for it.
That, despite his team-mates all seem to have entirely different tastes.
De Gea has previously said: “I like metal and rock bands like Avenged Sevenfold and Metallica.
Man United: Pochettino reveals he celebrated Solskjaer goal
“When I put it on in the dressing room, everyone moans.
“Most of the other players are into hip-hop.”
Ferdinand loved to be the dressing room DJ during his United days.
But heavy metal, it seems, was never on the playlist.
