Arsenal transfer news: Gunners tell striker of strong interest, January decision made
ARSENAL are interested in signing Rennes striker Ismaila Sarr, according to reports.

The Gunners are big fans of the 20-year-old but are set to wait until the summer to make a move.
French outlet Le10 Sport claim Arsenal have told Sarr they have a strong interest in signing him at the end of the season.
Sarr has netted nine times and provided six assists in all competitions this campaign.
The Senegal international will be monitored closely by Arsenal between now and the end of the season.
Serie A sides Inter Milan and Roma are also said to be interested in signing Sarr.
Sarr left Metz for Rennes in 2017 for a £15.3million fee.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery has confirmed the club will only be able to make loan additions to his squad this month.
“We cannot sign permanently,” the Spaniard said.

“We can only loan players. Only loan players.”
Emery also gave an update on the pursuit of Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez.
“I don’t know [Suarez’s] situation now,” he added.
“We can only sign players later on. I know the club is working on possibilities of which players can help us with big performances like we need now.
“I know [Suarez and Banega] player and they are very good players.”
Arsenal return to action on Saturday when they take on West Ham in the Premier League (12.30pm).
The Gunners are currently fifth, three points behind Chelsea.
