Barcelona news: Shock plan to lure Neymar back to the Nou Camp revealed
BARCELONA are reportedly interested in re-signing Neymar.
Edmilson: Neymar’s move from Barcelona to PSG was a mistake
The Brazil international left the Nou Camp in the summer of 2017 to join French champion Paris Saint-Germain.
Neymar penned a five-year contract with the Ligue 1 side, who forked out £200m to acquire his services.
However, a little over a year into his blockbuster deal, the striker allegedly wants to leave the Parc des Princes.
According to Goal, the Brazilian is unhappy in the French capital and is keen on returning to Barcelona.
It’s been claimed his representatives have been in contact with Barca chiefs, who are willing to bring him back to the club.
However, they’ve apparently informed the Ballon d’Or nominee he’ll have to express his desire to leave PSG before they’ll make any attempt to sign him.
Despite the acrimonious nature of his departure from the Nou Camp, Barcelona are said to be keen on a deal for Neymar, though it’ll be one which sees him take a significant pay cut.
And it’s been claimed they’re willing to offer PSG one of two players in order to sweeten any potential deal.

Croatia and France internationals Ivan Rakitic and Ousmane Dembele are the players the club are rumoured to be willing to part company with in order to re-sign Neymar, who scored 105 goals during his four-year stay in the Catalan capital.
Rakitic was the subject of interest from PSG earlier this year but opted against joining Thomas Tuchel’s side.
So his inclusion in a cash-plus-player deal could very well entice PSG to let Neymar go. Dembele, meanwhile, has yet to settle at the Nou Camp since arriving in August 2017.
The France international is one of the brightest prospects in world football and would be a more than adequate makeweight for Neymar.
News of Neymar’s desire to return to Barcelona comes less than a week after the Catalan club’s sporting director Pep Segura hinted that they could try to re-sign the 26-year-old.
“All players who are in the market are likely to come if they fit our needs,” Segura told La Vanguardia. "Today, Neymar is not in the market.
“If one day there is a possibility, does anyone believe that a club like Barca does not have to consider it?
“In the case of Neymar and anyone, we must give our partners the best."
