Man Utd news: Pogba FUELS Barcelona rumours after Messi meeting - this is what he said
PAUL POGBA has fuelled speculation about a move to Barcelona after he was spotted with Lionel Messi.
Man Utd: Mourinho says injured Pogba was missed in City loss
The Manchester United star caught up with Messi in Dubai during the international break.
He is not in the France squad after missing last week's Manchester derby because of an injury.
Meanwhile, Messi is taking an extended rest from international football following a disappointing World Cup.
The pair dined at Salt Bae’s Turkish steak house where Pogba is reported to have joked about a song about N’Golo Kante stopping Messi.
Footage shows them talking with Pogba speaking in fluent Spanish.
The Frenchman has been linked with a move to Barcelona and the Nou Camp club are understood to have made a bid to sign him in the summer.
It is thought they offered £45million plus players Yery Mina and Andre Gomes.
Barca's advances were rejected but they are still said to be interested in taking him to the Nou Camp.

Pogba has also been linked with a return to Juventus - just over two years after he left for Old Trafford.
Agent Mino Raiola is reportedly in Italy speaking to his old club about his current situation.
The World Cup winner is said to be unsettled after a series of fall-outs with manager Jose Mourinho.
That is despite the fact Raiola says the pair have patched up their differences.
"He (Pogba) has mended his relationship with Mourinho," Raiola previously told Rai Sport.
"He is more serene because he feels important in Manchester. Even if Turin has remained in his heart."
Pogba has also revealed he is happy at the club.
“When I came back to United, it was the best feeling ever,” he said.
“I came back home. I always dreamed of playing for United, to have many games and score goals.
"Nothing had really changed, except for maybe the team and the manager, but the rest of the club was the same.
“I just came back home, it was like I didn't really leave – I just went on holiday! [laughs]. It was a great feeling to come back home.
“It was great to come back, to feel the air of Manchester. That has never changed.”
