Leicester City: Ariel view shows aftermath of helicopter crash
Leicester City owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha’s helicopter crashed outside the King Power Stadium last night.
And images of the crash site has emerged this morning.
Mr Srivaddhanaprabha is understood to have been in the helicopter that left the King Power Stadium pitch at around 8.30pm on Saturday.
Leicester had played out a 1-1 draw with West Ham in the Premier League’s late kickoff.
Leicester are yet to release a statement on the incident this morning but club officials have arrived for a meeting.
And images of the crash site have started to emerge as the day breaks over the city.

A tarpaulin sheet appears to be covering part of the helicopter.
The area of the car park where the chopper landed has been cordoned off.
Claude Puel has spoken on French radio about the incident.
He said: “It is a tragedy for the club.
“All of my thoughts are with the victims and their families and I want reassure all the people who are concerned about me. I am distraught, but I am well.”
Former Leicester manager Sven Goran-Eriksen, who worked under Mr Srivaddhanaprabha between 2010 and 2011, has discussed the incident.
“It’s frightening news,” he told 5Live. “I saw the news, of course, this morning and I still hope it’s not true and he’s alive of course.
“I knew the whole family and the father. When you know him, as i did, you knew he’s a very, very generous man – to the players, the staff and people working for him – with the fans and the community. He’s an extremely generous man.”
Eriksson was sacked by the owner in 2011 and he the now-Philippines manager says it was the right decision.
“He sacked me but he did well, he was right to do it,” the ex-England boss said.
“I bought the wrong players and I failed and it was fair of him to do it.”
Premier League games are taking place today as normal and Crystal Palace issued a stadium tribute to Leicester.
They displayed an image of Leicester’s badge on their big screen before the clash with Arsenal.
Crystal Palace tweeted this morning: “The thoughts of everyone at Palace are with Leicester City and those affected by the terrible incident at the King Power Stadium last night.”
Palace’s opponents Arsenal posted: “We’re saddened by tonight’s incident and we're all thinking of you at this difficult time.”
