Liverpool news: Jurgen Klopp blasted as £40m star Fabinho snubbed AGAIN
LIVERPOOL fans have taken to Twitter to question Jurgen Klopp’s decision to snub Fabinho AGAIN.
Liverpool: Klopp says Fabinho has come from a 'different system'
The Brazilian was signed from Monaco in a bumper £40million deal in the summer.
But he is yet to play a single minute in the Premier League under Klopp so far this season.
He was named on the bench once more for Liverpool’s clash at Huddersfield - despite Klopp ringing the changes.
The German brought in Daniel Sturbridge to replace Roberto Firmino, while Xherdan Shaqiri and Adam Lallana came in for Sadio Mane and Georginio Wijnaldum.
Trent Alexander-Arnold was also left on the bench again, with Joe Gomez selected at right-back and Dejan Lovren stepping into the centre of defence.
Defensive midfielder Fabinho can also play at right-back - a position he got used to playing in at his former club.
And Reds fans have been left baffled by Klopp’s decision to reshuffle the side instead of bringing in the Brazilian international.
One fan said: “Klopp needs to stop putting Gomez at RB to accommodate for Lovren. Gomez and Virgil have been amazing together this year.
“What was the point of buying Fabinho if he’s never going to play? This team selection is frustrating.”
Another also cited the failure to sign Nabil Fakir from Lyon in the summer, adding: “Me in the summer thinking we’d have a Fabinho-Keita-Fekir midfield and here we are with Henderson-Milner-Lallana.”
Another Reds supporter said: “Good seeing Lallana back, but who did Fabinho offend?”

No way Fabinho was ever starting today. Not quite ready before the international break so nearly two weeks away and returning in the middle of the week from South America he was never going to be ready for today.

However, not everybody felt he deserved a place in the starting lineup. Another fan leapt to Klopp’s defence.
They said: “No way Fabinho was ever starting today.
