FIFA 19 ratings: Confirmed 10-1 best players – Ronaldo and Messi both 94, Neymar rated 92
FIFA 19 RATINGS – EA Sports have finally unveiled the complete top 100 best players in FIFA 19.
EA Sports have unveiled the 10 highest-rated players ahead of FIFA 19, completing their countdown of the top 100.
The gaming giant has been revealing a batch of ratings every day in the lead up to the new release, with the latest edition of the FIFA franchise set to launch on September 28.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have both been handed 94 ratings, putting the great rivals equal as the best players in the new game.
Meanwhile, Neymar is considered third-best in the world while Eden Hazard and David De Gea are also among the top 10.
Ronaldo raised eyebrows with his shock summer move to Juventus, but the Portuguese talisman has lost none of his talent and his pace, shooting and dribbling stats are all in the 90s.
The FIFA 19 cover star is ranked as No 1 on the official website, which is sure to rile supporters who feel Messi is the better player.
The Barcelona star’s own dribbling ability is ranked an outstanding 96 while his other attributes don’t disappoint, leaving him tied with Ronaldo for overall rating.
Meanwhile, there is a strong Real Madrid theme in the top 10 with Toni Kroos, Sergio Ramos and Luka Modric all included.
There have been several surprises during the unveiling of the top 100 players, with a number of stars appearing to be underrated by EA Sports.
Mohamed Salah is only considered the 27th best player in the new game, while Raheem Sterling has been awarded a party 85 rating.
However, some stars may consider themselves fortunate to have such impressive Ultimate Team cards with Thibaut Courtois and Romelu Lukaku both earning a stats boost since last season.
As well as the top 100 countdown, EA Sports also unveiled a host of new icons who will be introduced into the game – including George Best, Steven Gerrard and Gary Lineker.
