McLaren redesign leaves Jenson Button unconvinced
JENSON BUTTON has questioned whether his McLaren car is even capable of winning a race this year, let alone the world championship.
The team struggled to get the best out of a radically redesigned car and Button had to settle for ninth place at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, won by Kimi Raikkonen for Lotus.
“The way the car is going at the moment, this package is not going to win a race,” said Button.
