There was drama early on in the Japanese Grand Prix with Charles Leclerc at the centre of it.
Both Ferraris had a surprising result in qualifying, putting themselves ahead of the Mercedes duo.
But it was a disastrous start as Valtteri Bottas sped past them both, but then Leclerc was under immediate pressure from Max Verstappen in the first corner.
The two cars came together, with Verstappen spinning off the track and Leclerc damaging his front wing.
The damage was clear, with Hamilton racing behind the young Ferrari driver.
Ferrari ordered Leclerc to come straight into the pits to change his front wing, but he disobeyed team orders and stayed out on the track.
That infuriated Hamilton, who was picking up debris as it flew off Leclerc’s car.
And there was a concerning moment which enraged Hamilton even further when a large chunk of debris fell off Leclerc’s car and hit the Mercedes car, taking a wing mirror off.
“How he’s not been given a warning flag I don’t know,” Hamilton fumed on team radio.
"Lost a wing mirror."
Leclerc eventually pitted on that lap, dropping him further down the grid as Hamilton moved up to third with Sebastian Vettel just ahead of him.
But the Ferrari driver also lost one of his wing mirrors later on with the damage still taking it’s toll.
