Retired England batsman James Taylor provides positive message after release from hospital
JAMES TAYLOR marked his release from hospital after surgery to treat a rare heart condition with an upbeat message and a thumbs-up on Thursday.
26-year-old James Taylor's rare heart condition has forced him into early retirement from cricket
Taylor, who has been forced to retire from the game aged just 26, posted a picture of himself in the sunshine outside the Nottingham University Hospital where he has been treated.
Under the picture, in which his identification band is still on his wrist and an external defibrillator is over his shoulder, he wrote: "Well that has been one hell of an experience! What a beautiful day."

Taylor has been under the care of medics for 10 days following the shock diagnosis he was suffering from Arrythmogenic Right Ventricular Arrhythmia.
It is hoped he can dispense with the defibrillator within weeks and start the second phase of a career cut cruelly short just when it appeared set to take off.
