Kid Galahad fights Fred Mundraby for commonwealth super-bantamweight title
UNBEATEN Kid Galahad takes on Australian Fred Mundraby for the commonwealth super-bantamweight title tonight, knowing he is closing in on a world-title bid.
Galahad said: "Fighting for a world title is all I've ever dreamt of and this is another step towards achieving that.
"Fred is a very dangerous kid, has got loads of experience in the amateurs and the pros and he's strong and tricky. It's going to be a hard fight. He's probably the most skilled opponent I've met to date. He's slick, he's a good boxer and this will be a real test.
"I'm aiming for the top 10 or the top five of the main governing bodies this year, but first of all I've got to do a job on Mundraby. I'm ready to do whatever I have to get that win. I'm a born winner, so no matter what it is, or who it is, I have to win."
