On Saturday night in Saudi Arabia, rival promoters Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren went head-to-head as they pitted five of their top fighters against each other.

The Matchroom vs Queensbury 5vs5 event featured light-heavyweight world champion Dmitry Bivol defending his belts against Malik Zinad in the main event. Heavyweight knockout specialists Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang were also on the card, both looking to bounce back after losses to Joseph Parker in their previous bouts.

A knockout win earned two points, while a win on points was worth one point. No points were awarded for draws, and team captains had the opportunity to score double points.

Deontay Wilder vs Zhilei Zhang

The captain for Matchroom was Wilder, while Queensberry's captain was Hamzah Sheeraz.

Wilder's performance was disappointing in his crucial bout against fellow knockout artist Zhang, with the fight being called off in the fifth round. Wilder struggled to find his rhythm, and after being floored by two powerful right hands, the fight was stopped.

'Big Bang' Zhang has now re-entered the heavyweight elite following the most significant victory of his career.

Official result: Zhilei Zhang bts Deontay Wilder by KO - Round 5, 1:51.

Daniel Dubois vs Filip Hrgovic

Dubois was trailing on the scorecards but silenced his critics once more by defeating Hrgovic in the eighth round. Two severe cuts appeared on Hrgovic's eyebrows, leaving the Croatian's face a bloody spectacle.

Dubois nearly stopped Hrgovic, but the fight was called off due to Hrgovic's injuries.

Official result: Daniel Dubois bts Filip Hrgovic by TKO - Round 8, 0:57.

Dmitry Bivol vs Malik Zinad

Bivol claimed his first TKO victory in six years as he halted short-notice replacement Malik Zinad in the sixth round. Following his victory, Bivol's undisputed light-heavyweight showdown with fellow world champion Artur Beterbiev has been rescheduled for October 12 in Saudi Arabia.

Official result: Dmitry Bivol bts Malik Zinad by TKO - Round 6, 2:06.

Hamzah Sheeraz vs Austin Williams

Sheeraz delivered a flawless performance to halt Williams in the 11th round, maintaining his impressive TKO streak. The victory meant that Queensberry scored double points as Sheeraz was the nominated team captain.

Sheeraz remains undefeated in 20 fights and hasn't required the judges' decision in six years.

Official result: Hamzah Sheeraz bts Austin Williams by TKO - Round 11, 0:34.

Raymond Ford vs Nick Ball

In a controversial turn of events, Ball missed out on the opportunity to become a world champion in his last match. However, this time around, despite questionable scorecards, he managed to defeat Ford and clinch the new WBA featherweight title.

Ball dominated the first half of the fight, with Ford making a strong comeback in the later rounds. Yet, it was the Scouser who did enough to secure the win.

Official result: Nick Ball bts Ray Ford by split decision (113-115, 115-113, 115-113).

Willy Hutchinson vs Craig Richards

Hutchinson delivered an impressive performance over 12 rounds to defeat Richards by unanimous decision, marking a victorious start for Queensberry. Despite Richards' strong comeback in the later rounds, he failed to overcome Hutchinson after lagging behind on the scorecards.

With this victory, Hutchinson improved to 18-1 and expressed his desire for another title fight next.

Official result: Willy Hutchinson bts Craig Richards by unanimous decision (116-112, 117-111, 119-109)
