AMIR KHAN looks "DEFEATED" ahead of his huge bout with American Terence Crawford.
Amir Khan and Terence Crawford face off ahead of NY clash
That's according to Khan's long-time rival Kell Brook.
Khan and Brook have been mooted to fight for years and it's a domestic clash that British boxing fans have lusted after for years.
The fight was nearly made toward the end of 2018, but Khan took a match-up with WBO welterweight title holder Crawford instead.
Brook, who is in New York, and will be in attendance at Madison Square Garden for Khan's big bout, last fought against Michael Zerafa in a points victory.
And at the weigh-ins for Khan vs Crawford, he wasn't too complimentary of Khan, nor was he confident the Bolton-born fighter would come out victorious on Saturday night.
"It looked like he wasn't confident to be honest with you," he exclusively told Express Sport.
"Khan looked like a defeated man, he didn't look in the best condition.
"Crawford looked really confident to me whereas Khan looked defeated already.
Terence Crawford asks Amir Khan about his game plan
"He didn't look in the best condition to me and Crawford looked like he was oozing confidence and owned the platform."
Brook then have his prediction for the fight, noting that Khan would begin to fade in the later rounds.
'Special K' also stated that he was in New York not to chase Khan around, but to hunt down a fight with Crawford.
"Khan will start fast but he will die out and Crawford will switch it and end it late on before the 12th," he added.
"I'm after Crawford, Khan is disrespected everybody, the fans want him to fight me and he decided he didn't want to.
"I think I've got the right to fight a guy that will want to fight."
Brook also spoke of promoter Eddie Hearn, who has tried to make the fight multiple times, but hasn't been able to do so.
"Eddie has said about making the fight before but it's never materialised into anything, I've lost patience," Brook said.
