Boxing News - Anthony Joshua’s Jarrell Miller fight admission
WBA (Super), WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has admitted he may need an element of luck to beat Jarrell Miller in New York.
“It’s going to be a tough fight,” Joshua said in a video on his YouTube channel. “No fight is easy.
“No matter how much you train, you’ve just got to get lucky.
“What we’re training for now is to get lucky.
“You dodge a punch that could have hurt, connect with a punch that’s going to hurt him.
“When they say ‘all in the bank’ it’s putting it all in the [memory] bank, and June 1 I’m going to have to check into my reserve account.”

WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder has claimed he will soon become the highest-earning athlete on the planet.
Wilder, who recently turned down £100million to face Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder, told stuff.co.uk: “Soon I will be the highest paid athlete in the world.
"If no one believes it, just watch. You’ll see,” Wilder said to stuff.co.uk.
“The DAZN deal wasn’t right.
“You can’t do a deal if you don’t know the other parts of the deal.
“If information is withheld from you, how can you proceed further?”

Leonard Ellerbe has hit out at Vasyl Lomachenko over comments he made about Floyd Mayweather’s legacy in the sport of boxing.
“I have zero respect for (Lomachenko) for his comments that he made about Floyd’s legacy,” Ellerbe told BoxingScene.com.
“The Tank (Gervonta Davis) stuff, that’s fight talk, so you ignore that.
“Floyd Mayweather has accomplished more in his career than this kid would ever accomplish, for starters.
"And whoever advised him or told him to make those comments as it relates to Floyd’s career, that wasn’t very smart.”
