Anthony Joshua given BIZARRE challenge by 'Big Baby' Jarrell Miller
ANTHONY JOSHUA has been given a bizarre challenge by heavyweight contender Jarrell Miller.
Anthony Joshua 'READY' to fight Deontay Wilder
The American is pining for a shot at ‘AJ’s four world heavyweight title belts.
And he even appeared at Madison Square Garden to try and entice Joshua into a fight.
The two were working for different broadcasters covering Rocky Fielding’s world super-middleweight title defence against Canelo Alvarez.
And speaking to Sky Sports, Miller gave a strange request to Joshua if the two were able to get the fight on for April 13 at Wembley Stadium.
For some reason, Miller was asked by Sky Sports presenter Adam Smith if he played tennis, and his reaction was hilarious.
“Tennis? I’m from Brooklyn,” he replied.
“No tennis.
“Maybe I might though.
“Maybe after I beat him in the ring I’ll beat him at tennis, too.”
Miller was then asked if he had a message for the champion, and replied with another bizarre statement.
“I know you like your fruit loops, but I’ve got the skin loops for you,” he said.
“It takes two to tango.
“The level AJ is at, he has to want the fight to happen.
“Even if Eddie [Hearn] wants the fight to happen, AJ still has to too.”
Joshua’s next fight will be at Wembley Stadium on April 13, but his opponent is to be decided.
He wants to fight WBC champion Deontay Wilder, but the American is likely to rematch Tyson Fury after their draw on December 1.
