THE ONE SHOW viewers were distinctly unimpressed with one particularly shocking feature on today's show.

The One Show warns of dangers of using Kodi streaming box
The BBC topical programme aired a segment discussing the dangers of illegally streaming TV and movies.
Top Gear presenter Rory Reid, 37, investigated the phenomenon, focusing on set top boxes such as Kodi, which are easy to buy and completely legal unless consumers use add-ons or apps which allow them to access illegal streams of everything from sport to the latest blockbusters.
"It used to be the sellers of boxes preloaded with illegal apps who got into trouble, now the law is closing in on those who use them," he warned. "Back in April, the government passers a new law under the Digital Economy Act and it was a real game changer.

They accused the show of 'scaremongering'
"Now, if you're using a set top box to access stuff you should be paying for, then you could a face a 10-year stretch at Her Majesty's pleasure," Rory continued.
He later told hosts Matt Baker, 39, and Alex Jones, 40, that some of the boxes had also been found to pose threats to safety by bursting into flames or causing electrocution.
However, The One Show viewers flooded to Twitter to blast the show for "scaremongering", with one saying: "Streaming a Prem game could end in your house burning down. That's a new scare tactic."
"Magnificent scaremongering on #TheOneShow," another added. "'If you have a Kodi box, you will be hunted down, and imprisoned for life in a Gulag!'"
