This year’s series has been one of the most controversial yet, with many viewers insisting the show was unfair after Tameka Empsom and Melvin Odoom were eliminated early in the competition.
Some claimed the series was racist and stars were being booted out based on the colour of their skin.
The BBC previously insisted that the series was not racist and that the corporation could not be held responsible for the way in which viewers.
They stated: “If there is an issue to explore, it lies with the audience not voting for her, which we have no control over.”

Another continued: “So all those people who said Strictly was racist have gone very quiet.”
“So, Ore Oduba won #Strictly. I thought the organisers were racist?” a third tweeted.
