The deadly Funnel Web spider was removed after being discovered in a camera hide inside the Murwillumbah camp.
If bitten by the creature, it's poisonous venom can kill a person in just 15 minutes.
Medic Bob McCarron, who is in charge of organising the trials on the show, said: "In Australia we have the world's most dangerous spider which is the 'Funnel Web'.

"The Funnel Webs are the most dangerous spider in the world. There is an anti-venom and of course none of the celebs have ever been bitten by them - a couple of crew have been bitten in the past.
"In fact, this year in one of the camera hides we found eight. That's the most we've ever found in one day."
But that isn't the only dangerous creature that has been found within close proximity to the celebrities, as show bosses also discovered one of Australia's most venomous brown snakes last week.
The snake was captured on the helipad which is the entry and exit point for the stars, who this year include the likes of Carol Vorderman, 55, Scarlett Moffatt, 25 and Ola Jordan, 34.
Despite fears, it's claimed that the snakes are extremely rare.

In 2010, Shaun Ryder and former MP Lempik Opik were both bitten by snakes after partaking in hair-raising trials.
"It was like sticking your hand through a sheet of glass and it wouldn't let go. It took two of them to get the things off," Shaun said at the time.
