During the episode, a drone collided with an air ambulance, which was carrying Dr. Connie Beauchamp's daughter Grace to the hospital.
The helicopter then fell from the sky and crashed into the hospital, leaving the lives of many in jeopardy.
And while fans may have been impressed with the stunt, the Midlands Air Ambulance charity certainly wasn't.
Just before the episode aired on BBC One, they took to Facebook to reveal that they had been approached by the show to assist with the stunt.
But as they felt the storyline was "insensitive" they politely declined to help with the episode.

Midlands Air Ambulance charity was not impressed with the drama's stunt
A statement posted on their official account read: "A polite announcement from MAAC. BBC One's Casualty is broadcasting an anniversary episode tomorrow night at 8pm.
"The episode involves an air ambulance aircraft (not our model of helicopter), crashing into the hospital."
They continued: "Although we were asked by the producers to assist with the episode, we politely declined as we felt the storyline is insensitive to many, including our staff and you our valued supporters and we distanced ourselves from it.
"We appreciate that Casualty is an entertainment drama, and is a form of escapism for many, but this storyline isn’t one we condone."

The episode gained a largely positive response from viewers at home however, who took to social media to express how impressed they were with the jaw-dropping stunt.
One viewer wrote on Twitter: "I take back all criticism of Casualty and the special effects. That was a sweet helicopter crash. #Casualty30."
While another added: "I cannot believe this helicopter massacre. Casualty really has increased their budget #Casualty30."
Casualty airs on Saturdays on BBC One.
