Masterchef: The Professionals
FOR tonight’s skills test Monica Galetti and Gregg Wallace ask each of the five chefs to make and mould honeycomb into dessert decorations.
With only 15 minutes to show off their skill they have to work fast. At the end, one of them will be leaving the competition.
It is then up to the four remaining chefs to cook dover sole stuffed with lobster for Michelin-starred legend Michel Roux Jnr.
