Bombshell moment Trump leaves viewers distracted with 'swollen' appearance
President Donald Trump faced renewed health concerns upon his return to the public eye.

President Donald Trump is facing renewed concerns about his health following his latest interview appearance on the Pod Force One podcast with Miranda Devine. This comes just days after the US leader resumed his duties after going "missing" for almost a week without a public event or press conference at the White House. The 79-year-old returned to the public eye on Wednesday (June 3) to sign executive orders in the Oval Office in full view of reporters and photographers.
As he sat down for the podcast interview to discuss the Iran war and the upcoming mid-term elections, viewers were left distracted by some concerning swelling. Taking to X/Twitter, one shared a photo from the clip and wrote: "Look at how swollen the area under Trump's right eye is in his latest podcast appearance." With the unusual enlargement clearly visible and bigger than the left eye, a second speculated: "Something is going on with Trump’s health that they are not telling us."

Trump's right eye clearly showed puffiness and compared to his left eye, while his right hand looked slightly bigger than his left.
An eagle-eyed viewer pointed out: "Look at how swollen and disfigured Trump's right hand looks during his new podcast appearance with Miranda Devine."
In disbelief, one responded: "Is this real? My goodness, he has dramatically changed." As another remarked: "His hands look like rubber gloves filled with water."
This also comes after the President spent more than three hours at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for a medical exam before his hiatus (May 26), marking his fourth evaluation after he returned to office last year.

Although this month will make Trump the oldest president, at 80, Dr Mehmet Oz, administrator for the Centres for Medicare and Medicaid Services, defended the leader's repeated medical trips.
When asked: "If the president is in such perfect health, why does he keep going back in for checkups?"
The doctor replied, stating that it was just for peace of mind for Trump. "I think he likes the results. He does really well. He aces the test every single day."
He continued: "I do actually believe that he is curious to make sure everything is going in the right direction. He's a very meticulous person in so many ways that are often under appreciated.
"But for him to want to know all the numbers and keep on top of him, it's the same reason he calls people at you know, odd hours because something's on his mind. He wants to deal with it."
