I'm A Celeb braced for Jimmy Bullard legal action after explosive live final row
Jimmy Bullard has reportedly taken matters into his own hands after his explosive feud with Adam Thomas turned ugly.

I'm A Celebrity bosses are reportedly preparing for legal action after Jimmy Bullard "monopolised" the All Stars final to gather evidence, according to sources. In Friday night's explosive live final (April 24), Jimmy claimed nine times that Adam Thomas' conduct was "abusive, aggressive and intimidating" - a key phrase from the cast's contract regarding unacceptable behaviour on the show. Now, it is understood the former footballer, 47, has accused ITV of failing to show a fair representation of his row with Adam in South Africa - claiming they edited it to protect the soap star.
The ex-Wigan and Hull player, who has reportedly sought legal action, also included his campmates, Craig Charles, Harry Redknapp and Sinnita, in his support. A source has since told The Sun: "Proving that Adam's behaviour was abusive, aggressive and intimidating is the key to Jimmy's legal case against ITV because that behaviour is in breach of the contract.

"Jimmy didn't only repeat that phrase, he also built up on-air evidence of other campmates agreeing that Adam crossed that line. At one point, he had his phone out to check notes, but no one is sure whether he was also recording chatter between the cast.
"Insiders say it's clear from his conduct that a case is being built and that the channel is braced for it after the way he monopolised his moment." At the beginning of the segment, hosts Ant and Dec asked Jimmy to explain why he decided to leave the show in the middle of a trial, which could have led to Adam's elimination.
Jimmy explained: "Adam and all of you can be upset with me. And I absolutely threw him under the bus, I get it. I'll wear that. But what I don't stand for is someone being abusive, aggressive and intimidating. You didn't show none of the C-bombsh, that's a liberty!"
He then pointed to his fellow campmates, saying: "Listen, let's ask everyone. Was it abusive and aggressive?" After hammering the point home, Sinitta stormed up on stage and shouted to the booing audience: "Enough, enough, I was there, and it was aggressive and abusive."

Meanwhile, host Ant claimed that the foul language had been "unbroadcastable", and said he did not believe Adam had acted in an intimidating way. Following Adam's victory, the outlet later claimed that the soap star threw his crown into the crowd while Jimmy and David Haye were removed from the studio.
An ITV spokesman has since stated: "We showed an accurate and fair representation of events." Express.co.uk has reached out to Jimmy's representatives for a comment. It comes as ITV Studios is currently facing legal action for the first All Stars series after US model Janet Dickinson said she was left disfigured in a fall.
