Good Morning Britain was halted this morning as the ITV show delivered an update on Sir Keir Starmer's latest plans for the NHS and one star said "he's not telling the whole story". Presenters Ed Balls and Susanna Reid shared that he will be at the Labour Conference in Liverpool later today, where he is expected to pledge to create a new NHS Online service.

He is expected to tell party activists and MPs that by 2027, people will be able to book video consultations with hospital specialists on an App. The Prime Minister says it will help to "rebuild Britain" and that a "new world is coming". However, GMB correspondent Louisa James warned that "what you are going to see today is not going to tell the whole story". Ed asked if the speech will "do enough to persuade the doubters". Louisa replied: "Well, I think what you are going to see today is Labour putting on a very good show. The conference hall is going to be packed for Keir Starmer's speech."

She added that there will be applause, standing ovations and cabinet ministers lining up afterwards to speak about how good the speech was. The reporter went on: "There will be this crowd-pleasing announcement."

Louisa shared that Keir Starmer's "online hospital" is expected to be online from 2027 and people will be able to go on to the NHS app and book a virtual consultation. It is said to create 8.5million appointments within the first three years.

She then bashed the Prime Minister, saying that the "whole story" won't be told today as "a lot of MPs are still not happy about Keir Starmer and his leadership".

The presenter added: "And when I say not happy, it ranges from anger to frustration to indifference to resignation.

"Some MPs are telling us that they are pretty much planning what their legacy is going to be because they are convinced that they are going to lose their seats."

In a huge blow to the PM, the show then cut to show Liverpool councillor, Kim Johnson, stating that "if things get worse" then she does not think that Starmer will still be in power next year.
