With Love,  Meghan was viewed by millions of Netflix viewers when it landed on the streaming giant last year - and the reality series has returned for an all-new season with fresh recipes and spicy admissions from Meghan Markle.

Among the celebrity guests appearing on the show are Queer Eye star Tan France and model Chrissy Teigen, as well as podcaster Jay Shetty and World Central Kitchen founder Jose Andres.

Here, Express.co.uk takes a look at the biggest bombshells to come out of the new series of the Duchess of Sussex's lifestyle programme.

During the series, the 44-year-old Duchess, who left the Royal Family behind in 2020 to start a new life in California with her husband, Prince Harry, made an admission about the UK.

The Duchess, who hasn't visited English soil since 2022, when Queen Elizabeth II died, told Tan France: "One of the things I miss most about the UK is the radio stations," before citing Magic FM as her favourite.

Meghan joked it was a "grandma" station and explained she listens to a station in the United States called Mom Jeans, which plays vintage soft rock.

While Prince Harry made a fleeting appearance in the first series of With Love, Meghan, during a garden brunch where he awkwardly waved to guests, he was missing from this season altogether.

The only glimpses of the Duke of Sussex are in photographs, such as one which shows him and Meghan with Clare Smyth, who is in the sixth episode of the new series.

However, Meghan does tell Tan France how Harry first told her he loved her during their third date together in Botswana - the Duke being the first in the relationship to say those three all-important words.

The sixth instalment of the programme includes Clare Smyth, the Michelin-starred chef behind the pair's wedding dinner. During the show, Meghan shares never-before-seen wedding photographs from her special day with Harry, and viewers learn that Clare created a fried chicken recipe for their after-party.

"Oh my god, I love that we created something off menu," Meghan added, shocked. "If that's my claim to fame, I'm thrilled."

Meghan reminisced about her time working as a Deal or No Deal briefcase girl and mentioned "how far" she had come in the series since then.

The Duchess said she had been “just so happy to have health insurance” when she got the gig as a young actress.

For the role, she had to hold a briefcase and wear tight dresses as she revealed numbers for contestants on the game show.

Meghan was part of the programme in 2006 before securing a role in the hit legal drama Suits, as Rachel.
