Love Is Blind star left in tears and 'struggling' after huge u-turn in final decision

A contestant on Love Is Blind has revealed a heart-wrenching moment where he spent an hour in tears over a life-altering decision. Dave, a 33 year old Medical Devices Sales rep, confessed his emotional turmoil as he grappled with choosing between Molly, a 30 year old Executive Assistant, and Lauren, a 31 year old Educational Sales rep, after realising his deep feelings for both.

In the latest episodes released on Netflix today (February 14), viewers witnessed Dave's intense conversation with Molly. He admitted to her: "It's been a weird day. Honestly, I've been crying for the last hour."

Dave further confided in Molly: "I'm just like freaked out because I know our conversation earlier and I'm freaked out by myself. How can I be such a different person from like hours ago? I don't know what I'm doing anymore."

He hinted at a drastic change of heart, having initially felt "cool" about ending things with Lauren for Molly, but now finding himself in a whirlwind of confusion. An emotional Dave shared how his certainty had evaporated following his date with Lauren, leaving his "head spinning", reports the Mirror.

"I want to be the best version of myself through it and it's just gotten harder," he expressed, adding that he typically avoids making "emotional decisions".

Molly was visibly upset as she responded: "'I know what I want but I'm not here to force anything."

However, her words did little to comfort Dave, who admitted he was "really struggling" with his choice and confessed: "I literally never cry."

In a surprising turn of events, he called it quits with Molly, despite previously expressing certainty about her and frequently describing her as "fun" due to their shared interests. This left Molly heartbroken as she exited the pod and confided in Lauren.

The two women shared a heartfelt conversation, wishing each other well. Molly, ever practical, reiterated her desire for someone who would "choose her" and didn't want to "force" anything.

The story took another twist when Lauren and Dave reunited in the pods, where he confessed that she had made him happier in 10 days than he'd "ever been". "I will literally spend the rest of my life trying to make you as happy as I've been. If I could dream up the perfect woman, she wouldn't even come close to you," he declared.

In a romantic climax, he proposed to Lauren, who accepted his proposal.
