Emmerdale's Belle Dingle left devastated as she makes huge decision about baby

In upcoming Emmerdale scenes, Belle Dingle (played by Eden Taylor Draper) is filled with anxiety as she confides in the midwife about her desire for a termination.

She books a scan appointment, heartbroken that it has come to this.

Later, as her abusive husband Tom King (James Chase) returns home, Belle hastily ends a call with a taxi company.

As Tom admires her makeup, Belle cleverly asks him to take a photo, taking note of his phone pin.

After some time, Tom goes upstairs and Belle seizes the opportunity to unlock his phone, attempting to access his banking app to pay for the taxi.

Belle is shocked when she discovers that Tom has been monitoring her movements.

Feeling cornered, Belle fails to persuade Tom to let her use the car.

Finding a spare key, Belle is uncertain whether to take the risk and drive herself to the abortion clinic.

Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) reluctantly agrees to dogsit Piper, and Belle discreetly places her phone into her child Esther's pram.

Fearful, Belle ensures she's not being observed before getting into Tom's car.

At the clinic, Belle grapples with her complicated situation with Tom but remains firm in her decision that she can't have this child.

Will she go through with the abortion on the ITV soap - or will someone or something change her mind?

One thing is for certain, she clearly needs to leave Tom who has been mentally and physically abusive to her for many months. Belle's been keeping these dark secrets to herself, but is it time she opened up to other family members about it?

Belle's not safe anywhere near her evil husband who has been controlling every aspect of her life, making her a shell of the woman she used to be.
