Season five of Peaky Blinders is in full swing with the fourth episode scheduled to air on BBC One tonight (September 8). So far this series, a number of regulars have returned to the cast, including Tommy Shelby (played by Cillian Murphy and his brother Arthur (Paul Anderson). They've been joined by some new faces this season so without further ado, here's a full breakdown of the cast from the new series.
Who is in the cast of Peaky Blinders season 5?
Tommy Shelby - Cillian Murphy
Tommy Shelby OBE is the lead character of Peaky Blinders, who at the end of the last series was elected as an MP.
He is played by Cillian Murphy, the Golden Globe-nominated star of 28 Days Later, Inception and Batman Begins.
Arthur Shelby - Paul Anderson
Tommy’s right-hand-man Arthur Shelby is trying to follow a new identity after making many of his enemies believe he was dead.
The character is portrayed by Paul Anderson of Oscar-winner The Revenant, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows and ‘71.

Michael Gray - Finn Cole
Tommy’s cousin Michael Gray is the Shelby Company’s Chief Accountant, sent to America at the end of the last series.
Finn Cole is Michael and has also been in Animal Kingdom, Slaughterhouse Rulez and will soon star in Fast & Furious 9.
Ada Thorne - Sophie Rundle
The youngest of the Shelbys and the only girl, Ada Thorne is the legitimate businesswoman of the family.
Sophie Rundle of Gentleman Jack, Bodyguard and Jamestown plays Ada in Peaky Blinders.

Polly Gray - Helen McCrory
Polly Gray is the unofficial head of the Shelby family and aunt to Tommy and Arthur.
The character is brought to life by Helen McCrory, star of the Harry Potter films, The Queen and the recent MotherFatherSon.
Lizzie Shelby - Natasha O’Keeffe
Lizzie Shelby is the former sex worker now married to Tommy Shelby.
Natasha O’Keeffe portrays Lizzie and has also had roles in Jekyll & Hyde, Misfits and Lip Service.

Sir Oswald Mosley - Sam Claflin
Sam Claflin will be a guest star on Peaky Blinders season five, playing real-life leader of the British Union of Fascists Sir Oswald Mosely.
Claflin has appeared in The Hunger Games, Me Before You and The Riot Club.
Anya Taylor-Joy - Michael’s wife
Anya Taylor-Joy will play the new American wife of Michael, whose name has not been revealed yet.
Best known for The Witch, Taylor-Joy has also starred in Playmobil: The Movie, Split and its sequel Glass.
