A MAN who claimed he was “confused” when he raped a stray dog was jailed today.

Married Chung Lin-fai, 58, molested the two-year-old female mongrel after using bread to lure her to a stream.
He then washed her before having sex with her. The father-of-three brazenly told a stunned court earlier this month that the mutt did not resist.
But a horrified hiker found her yelping and bleeding and took her to a vet.

Tests showed the animal's vagina was injured and contained what appeared to be traces of human semen.

Chung was arrested eight days later by police in Hong Kong.
He told police: “It was I who did the dog.”
He had known the animal for at least a year and the attack on her was “a lapse of judgment”.

The construction worker was jailed for seven months after pleading guilty to bestiality and punching a photographer after a previous hearing.
Magistrate Raymond Wong Kwok-fai said: “Both the charge and facts in the present case are serious.”
Chung had claimed he had sex with the dog “in a moment of confusion” after boozing.

And his lawyer said the dog “didn't resist”.
A magistrate at Chung's previous hearing condemned his “disgusting” and “nauseating” antics and told him: “Defendant, your behaviour is extremely revolting.”
Hong Kong's last and only recorded case of bestiality was in 2000, when a 48-year-old man raped a dog in a Hung Hom lavatory, report local news sources. He was jailed for two months.
