Earthquake ROCKS major cities across Pakistan
A HUGE earthquake struck cities across Pakistan in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The epicentre of the quake was recorded in neighbouring Afghanistan
Panicked residents came out of their homes and started reciting verses from the Quran, according to Dunya News, after the 5.5 magnitude quake struck just after 3am local time (22.03 GMT).
No casualties or loss of life has been reported so far.
The epicentre of the quake was located in the Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan at a depth of 180km.
Reports suggest major cities including Lahore and the capital Islamabad have been affected by the quake.
