Crime in Sweden garnered international media attention recently after Donald Trump alluded to the problems created by the country’s migration policy during a rally in Florida.
The US President said: “Sweden, they took in large numbers, they are having problems like they never thought possible.”
Crime in the Swedish city of Malmö in particular hit crisis levels in January, prompting the city’s police chief to urge citizens to assist them in solving violent offences.
