Speaking on the Sky News show, The Pledge, Greg Dyke and June Sarpong suggested that the US President had been covering up lies during his time in power.
The panel turned on the US Attorney General Jeff Sessions and claimed that he had lied under oath about being in contact with the Russians.
Whilst under oath Mr Sessions revealed that he did not have contact with the Russians in the lead up to the US election, before the Justice Department confirmed that he did have meetings with a Russian official.
Ferrari fumed at the panel arguing that they were attempting to launch a personal attack for no reason.

He said: “June is totally wrong to say that there is no smoke without fire.
“Hang on, there have been a load of celebrities that have been dragged before the courts where absolutely nothing has happened, their lives have been destroyed.
“Just listen, you say there is no smoke without fire, I could bring you half a dozen broadcasters where there was absolutely no fire but there was a of smoke and they are no even working anymore so you can stop with that nonsense.”
Both Dyke and Sarpong criticised Ferrari for his blast as they claimed it was clear the Attorney General had lied.
Ferrari fired back: “You two are engaged in some political debating society dream that Trump will be toppled.

Commenting on allegations that President Trump may have known about Russian contact, Ferrari described the conversation as “farfetched”.
The Attorney General spoke out following allegations he had lied under oath in which he defended his innocence.
He said: “I was taken aback a little bit about this brand new information that surrogate and I, that I was a surrogate for Donald Trump, had been meeting continuously with Russian officials.
“Retrospect, I should have slowed down and said but I did meet one Russian a couple of times.”
