'Kool Kids Klan' School BLASTS white supremacist petition passed to students at lunchtime
A WHITE supremacist petition which was passed around a school and promoted “the supreme White race” but labelled black people as a “scourge” who “invented” stealing, rape and basketball, has been condemned by school officials.
The petition labelled black people as 'scourge'
The petition, entitled Kool Kids Klan, had the three K’s made bold and underlined as a reference to the Klu Klux Klan, was passed to students on Friday.
George Arlotto, school superintendent blasted the document in a letter to parents.
At least two students are believed to have been involved and that at least two students had signed the petition which was passed around at lunch time on Friday.
In his letter to parents, Mr Arlotto said: “I am shocked, dismayed, and quite frankly angered that such a piece of material would be produced, much less appear in one of our schools.
“It is unconscionable to me how anyone could believe this material is anything but horrifying, and it has absolutely no place in our schools or school system.”
Head teacher at Anne Arundel High School, Maryland, Gina Davenport also denounced the letter, claiming that she was saddened “by the mere existence of the petition”.

Police claimed the threat appeared to be related to the incident on Friday.
Lieutenant Ryan Frashure said: “We don’t think that threat is credible, but we are taking it very seriously.”
The petition is just the latest in a string of hate-related incidents which have swept across the US.
The petition added rape was 'invented' by black people
At the Bethesda middle school, Montgomery Country, also in Maryland, swastikas were drawn onto the walls of the school bathrooms while a “whites only” sign was tapped onto a toilet door in Potomac, again in Maryland.
More recently, the slogan “kill all whites” was scrawled on the premises of Silver Spring elementary school, Pennsylvania.
