BRITISH fighter jets have obliterated an ISIS target in Iraq during a campaign to defeat the terrorists in the middle east.

New footage shows a target being lined up by an aircraft - before being obliterated in just seconds.
According to the Ministry of Defence the operation was launched against a bunker used but the sick jihadis.
The video uploaded to the internet was filmed on November 17 in the countryside north-east of Rawah, Iraq.
RAF Tornados were used in the assault, using an Enhanced Paveway II bomb to successfully strike the ISIS base.

Rawah was captured along with Qaim and Anah by Islamic State militants in 2014.

At the time Rawah's mayor, Hussein Ali al-Aujail, said the militants ransacked the town's government offices and forced local army and police forces to pull out.
The area has been witness to some brutal attacks by depraved daesh fighters.
Last year, Islamic State released pictures of two men being brutally murdered and crucified before being hung on a cross in the centre of the city.
British RAF jets have been pounding ISIS in recent weeks as the Defence Secretary announced the terror group is 'on the cusp' of being driven out of Iraq.

Michael Fallon, secretary of state for defence, said the coalition was close to taking ISIS' last major stronghold in the country and the militants could be pushed out in months.
Two years after the RAF began military operations against IS Mr Fallon said UK warplanes were stepping up attacks on the militants' positions ahead of the offensive.
