Crash horror as parts of unidentified PLANE fall from the sky in backpacker favourite
HORRIFIED residents in Burma have reported parts of an unidentified aircraft falling to earth.
The plane parts were discovered in Myanmar
Locals in northern Myanmar reported hearing a loud noise before finding two cylinders, appearing to be the covers from aeroplane propellers.
One part measured a metre in diameter and four meters in length while the other smaller cylinder was marked with Chinese writing - leading local media to suggest they could have come from a Chinese aeroplane or satellite.
One of the parts fell from the sky with such force it damaged the roof of a house in a nearby village. No one was hurt.
The mysterious debris fell in a jade mining area in Kachin state, according to members of the armed forces.
Authorities are investigating whether the objects came from one of China's satellites or an aircraft.
