The controversial Republican attacked “these vicious claims” from women who said he molested them.
Mr Trump, 70, faces accusations from at least five women that he touched or kissed them against their will and with force.
One alleged victim alleged that the billionaire property tycoon groped her “like an octopus” aboard a passenger flight.
His credibility was also battered by a new recording of him promising to date a ten-year-old girl when she grows up.
But the maverick businessman said: “These vicious claims about me of inappropriate conduct with women are totally and absolutely false.
“I’ve never met these people. I don’t even know who they are. They’re made-up stories.”

Mr Trump claimed his Democrat rival Hillary Clinton and her ex-President husband Bill knew the allegations were untrue.

He said he was being smeared by the political elite, who “will seek to destroy your career and your family.”
His running mate Mike Pence also sprang to his defence by promising that the smears will be discredited.
He said: “Stay tuned. I know there’s more information that’s going to be coming out that will back his claim that this is all categorically false.”
White House first lady Michelle Obama attacked Mr Trump's conduct
White House first lady Michelle Obama, meanwhile, attacked his conduct from the Mrs Clinton’s campaign trail in New Hampshire.
She said: “This was a powerful individual speaking freely and openly about sexually predatory behaviour, and actually bragging about kissing and groping women.
Mrs Obama accused him of “using language so obscene that many of us were worried about our children hearing it when we turn on the TV.”
Meanwhile, in Britain, Work and Pensions Secretary Damian Green attacked Mr Trump’s remarks as “offensive”.
