Train crash leaves 10 injured after landslide causes derailment
A TRAIN driver is seriously injured after a landslide caused a major incident on a railway line.
10 people were injured in the crash
Another three rail employees and six passengers were also injured in the incident this morning.
The train, a Regional Express 4251, was travelling from Koblenz to Frankfurt in Germany when it slid off the tracks.
The driver is being treated in a hospital in Koblenz, the railway announced.
The derailment was caused by a landslide
Reports from Germany suggest the landslide was caused by heavy rain.
